This came installed with my phone. So far I'm impressed with it. I will update this after some more time as passed. I've come to depend on Pocket Geek to keep my phone up to date and it hasn't disappointed me. It checks everything. I love the diagnostics including the speed check for the wi-fi. An all around excellent app. I will use this on any new phone I get.

I like the ease of use & the organizational structure however, I feel that there is a bit of false advertising in the fact of how they promote the support. It's promoted as though there is this advanced tech support capable of handling issue under many categories & in truth, they are nothing more than a call center reading from a "help section" that is available to everyone. This is derived from multiple contacts with said Tech Support.

This keeps giving me a notification to look at a monthly report to see how the app is protecting me, but whenever I click it, it never opens anything other than the main menu... probably because SOMEBODY thought it was a good idea to remove the anti-virus scanner. Ugh.

I use Norton 360 and so I thought Pocket Geek App was conflicting with it. So I un-installed it! To My Surprise Here it is again in My "Unused Apps" It doesn't show it in My App Pages.. But there it is , showing up as an Unused App. Why is it doing this & is it going to conflict with Norton 360? Best Regards Galaxy Ultra22 User!

This got auto-installed with my last firmware update. If I wanted your insurance app, I'd have downloaded it myself. Idgaf about your corporate partnership bs where you use me to pad each other's pockets. It's my device, and I don't like software inserting itself uninvited without so much as a consent check to see if I'm into that. If I was willing to check out your app before, I'm certainly not now. If you have to auto-install for attention, your product isn't selling itself.

Pocket Geek Mobile is a great addend to your internet provider's apps. It has so many useful features, like a protection plan and web, file, and app security scanners. I wholeheartedly recommend this app for anyone who wants to upgrade their device security and longevity.

I have two phones with Spectrum. This app only lets you have one phone. It's completely worthless if I can't have access to coverage on all my devices
