It's a mess, rooms are duplicated and not easy to track expenses, old inspections show as overdue and it's a long list.. I think the idea of this app is great, it just needs a proper upgrade

Have used this app for 8months same phone same browser, been ok. Tried to pay rent today asked me to login but it won't let me in, warned the site may be unsecure, go past the warning, login, after a few seconds the screen blinks and I'm back on the login page. uninstalled and re installed app no change, app was updated thru play store 11 days ago now not working. I then get an email warning me someone tried to use the app to login into the browser. But I was using the browser to login to the ap

Terrible app. Can't update my estate agents details therefore my maintenance requests don't go through.

Was working. Then all my documents, receipts etc. were deleted and only have access to change my details or logout. Unable to see anything needed. Have contacted property manager so many times now, as well as customer support here... And getting no where with this!! Property manager won't do required steps, they keep using my email for me to have to change my password, which does nothing! Password and Email address, is NOT the issue!!

Can't even sign in. Sends messages that somebody had signed into my phone app but just keeps returning to sign in and doesn't get any further. Very annoying.

DOESNT LOG IN on app so what is the point of it???.. How about you get someone who actually knows what they are doing to fix it... Support won't/can't help... Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced... They are clueless, even my real estate agent is sick and tired of it...

They claim that this is a stress free app, however my experience so far... took one payment fine, didn't take the next payment, after setting it up took that payment 5 days later out of my account. didn't alert me to a water bill that became overdue, and then took out half the rent the next fortnight 3 days earlier putting my bank account I'm overdraft as payday wasn't till the next day... Its a stupid app, and a lazy way that realestate agents don't have to deal with their customers.
