3 months ago you took a fairly straight forward easy to use app and "upgraded" it to an app that takes longer to submit requests, with radio buttons that partially block other buttons, an awkward verification process with no text option, and a less user friendly photo upload option. If this "upgrade" was designed specifically to discourage use of the app, then I offer you a hearty congratulations on a job well done. It was a solid 4.5 stars and now it's a 2.

Layout and user experience is better than the previous version. Although you can make a request as a guest, it appears that you have to be logged in as a user to receive any updates. This should be made clear to guest users who would lime followup. It also seems that requests are taking longer to be completed with the new version. Not sure if this is related to the app or the city backlog.

Requests are canceled without explanation. I have tried submitting the same broken waste container request 5 times, and every time they cancel the request with zero explanation. Also, The address validation doesn't recognize my address (that has existed since the 80s.) So, I'm not able to enter my actual address, which is probably why they keep canceling my request, even though I specify the actual address in the request notes.

Deserves a zero stars. App has been buggy for over year. Can't report dead and dying trees. Used to load but then not post. Now I only get a blue screen of death. Same on hubby's phone. Deleted the app and re-downloaded, same problem. Blue screen of death. This app needs a major overhaul.

(3/23/22) Update working now after months of not working... the developer provided the following support: An updated App is being developed that will correct the issue is being rolled out to agencies. In the meantime, please use steps in the following kb to workaround\fix the issue for users reporting it. To solve the issue: for Android users, go into device settings for the app and clear the app's storage/data, then relaunch the app and log back in.

Well this app worked good at first. Now when I try to submit a problem. The app stopped working. We tend to get a lot of graffiti. Also a lot of people dumping there used broken down furniture. Here in the McKinley & First area. Please fix the issue. So I can download the app again please!

app has been down for a few months but when it was active... it was a rather poorly designed & slow app. However the results from the city were commendable. Report graffiti or a burned out street light and within a few days the situation was resolved.

I've loaded and reloaded the app several times. The phone is 5G Android. I get the blue pulsing screen. Spoke with 311 and was told it's working fine. Must be an android thing? I used to use it with zero issues. Idk.
