There's a location here in Lancaster ohio, right next to me actually. I see it everyday, it's clearly up and running but yet according to the app there's only like 2-3(not sure exactly how many but only a very few) max and Erma's left in this country and of course it's in a different states. It's clearly not correct. I would love to order but I can't cuz the app is wrong on locations.

I am still a fan of the restaurant and their rewards program... HOWEVER, A RECENT UPDATE SOMEWHERE UP THE CHAIN HAS MADE MY USUAL ORDER METHOD *FAR* MORE OF A HASSLE. The app still does not automatically update rewards for online orders or email the reward code to the assigned email address, but now won't provide a printed full receipt for customers to manually put the code in themselves... I regularly have to speak with management to collect my rewards, without giving them good review metrics.

I absolutely adore Max and Erma's I used to go to the one at Partridge Creek off of Hall road all the time before it closed and I'm so sad it's not there anymore but it's absolutely delicious I love their chicken tortilla soup and their hamburgers are so delicious and their ice cream bar is always so much fun I always love going to eat there whenever I travel whenever I see the sign on the side of the road I always love to staff and grab a bite there. Definitely top notch

I love their food and am a rewards customer. However, in order to get the rewards you need to use the app which will not open. I wanted to order food and couldn't because I couldn't open the app.

Could not get enough of this place. "America's Best Cheeseburger" is not just a slogan; it's a tasty reality. And those fries... Oh my! All of the staff and servers are terrific, although sweer, kind, helpful David is my favorite!

At first, I didn't tell app was very user friendly but now that I have used it and got the hang of it, it is easy to use to scan a reciept to add bonus points to my account.
