This app is amazing when it works, but for a while now I've tried not to use it because I stay up trying to get the narration to work. I try multiple things to make it work but it randomly works at times and other times I'm up for a half hour trying to make it work. Please fix it, I love this app and recommended it to everyone I talked to about sleep, and focus. I've been a user since it launched for Android! P.s. tonight is one of the nights it hasn't worked, and tomorrow is going to be rough.

Fantastic app! I love the focus and nap features—not a lot of other apps have this or do it well ... Update: My original review included a small gripe about the app size, but they do have a web version now for those with less space on their phones. I use Pzizz almost every day. It's my favorite app for naps—it makes drifting off to sleep so much easier. Highly recommend this app!

- Since their most recent update the paid version of this app constantly tries to connect to the Play Store, it does not work right unless it's constantly enabled. All my other paid/subscription apps work with the Play store disabled, except this one. (I always disable the Play store, unless I'm manually checking for updates) -There's a loop on all sleep/nap tracks. ♥︎ I am messaging with them to fix this. I'll give it a chance and improve this review when or if they fix it.

Impossible to renew annual membership through Google Play store but customer service reached out to offer workaround. If this issue gets fixed when it's time to renew next year, I'll edit review and give it 5 stars. ***2024 UPDATE: Same problem happened again, 1 year later. Subscription won't auto renew. Password doesn't work. Impossible to reset. Completely locked out of app. I used to love Pzizz but have switched to Balance app. It offers A LOT MORE CONTENT, and a lifetime subscription. 👋😊

Broken App and pretty much garbage now. Have been randomly turned off ftom my subscription (2nd or 3rd time this year) and my renewal isn't even up. Unable to Restore Purchase and log back in. Deleted and reinstalled app from Google Play Store, made sure Play Store was up to date and still nothing. No troubleshooting steps on app or website so have to wait yet again for Customer Service whenever they get around to me. Going back to using Calm...WHICH UNLIKE PZIZZ ACTUALLY WORKS!

Looked really interesting, and I subscribed for the free trial to take it for a test run. I wanted to use the focus setting as that would be my primary use for this app. It wouldn't let me select this option without paying. I understand wanting to protect material that you've put hard work in, but don't offer a 7 day free trial to the premium service if you're not going to allow access to the features your asking people to pay for.

This App us broken. It's been that way for several months. Voice and music just stops after 15-20 minutes. You can sometimes restart it (music only), but that defeats the purpose of a sleep app. I rated this 5 stars in 2016. It is just about the most expensive App I subscribe to. Now, not even 1 star. I couldn't recommend this even it was free When I contacted Pzizz support, their response was, "Sorry it's not working for you"

I really like the app! The sounds are nice and I like both the male and female voices, which is rare for me. Being able to set a wake-up timer is nice and isn't something I've seen in many other "sleep noise" apps. The app is visually a little rough around the edges, but the functionality is totally there. Also, cust. service is LOVELY. Prompt response and they were able to help me out with subscription stuff. I would totally recommend for the price; much cheaper per mo. than Headspace or Calm.
