Consistently having trouble getting the app to work. 3 out of 5 days, it usually won't either pull up at all, won't find students, or will freeze and won't award points.

We have been using this as a school since 2019 & it is a game changer! Several users are not aware that the app only works with a license from RCA. As long as you have the yearly license updated this app is magical. Our students LOVE seeing their faces in real time as they earn points & our parents rave about the positive affirmation they receive when their child is recognized. Everything is customizable & works seemlessly with the desktop site which is displayed on screens around the school.

Good tool. I use the browser version because my Galaxy can be a little wonky. I love the ease of the app and reporting, especiallywhen keeping parents in the loop!! Great tool to have for schools who have houses.

I have had no issues with this app. I love getting notifications when my child has earned points at school. Not only does it give me great talking points about her day, but also when she is feeling low, I can remind her of all her ups.

I enjoy being alerted when my student gets house points as well see the great comments that the staff member leaves about him. I also like seeing how the houses are doing globally. Pretty neat! It would be kind of cool to see the banners animate by flowing back and forth when you move your phone.

Doesn't work I have emailed support 2 times with zero response. The app doesn't download any of the houses I can search for anyone in any house. Very frustrating when I want to give points as a teacher
