had an absolutely awful experience with reliant energy, and would not recommend them to anyone. From the start, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. I tried contacting them multiple times regarding [specific issue: billing errors, poor service, etc.], the lady from promotion misguide with plan that customer service says doesn't exist altogether. Their billing practices are shady and confusing. Overall, this company lacks transparency, accountability, and basic customer service

Very un-reliant is what the app should be called just like their service. The app is super slow even with wifi .all of my payments have been over the phone because the app will not load . I can not wait to move just so I can stop using this ridiculously slow service provider.

The app makes it easy to access anything you want on your account from making a payment to earnings rewards. I love how easy you make a payment and you just swipe to pay after confirmation of the amount to pay and payment details you want to use.

Was a highly stable app until this jersey sweepstakes mess popped up. It's just a dead screen with a timer for the sweepstakes, and a link that goes outisde of the app is the only option given to you. You can't close it or anything but just exit out the app. The point of having an app is to be more convenient than going online, but i have to see my bill. Developers fix that ASAP

Normally, this app is very helpful and easy to use. However, since the last update, which was July 31 I think, it will not open. It keeps crashing and closing. I've tried force stopping, clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing has worked. I've emailed support on Friday, but I haven't received a reply yet.

Problematic for several months. Reported issues, but not fixed. Immediately crashes after completing login. Useless.

In the several years that I've had service with reliant, the app hasn't worked 99% of the time. Yall need to ditch who ever coded it and hire someone new.
