Hands down, one of the worst experiences of my life. They were incredibly disorganized while delivering the stuff and delivered wrong items as well, which needed to be replaced. Promised replacements at no extra charge if the items were unsatisfactory, but they did charge for it. To top it off, inflated rent has been charged, and there's only some seriously slow bot to handle queries, no proper customer care number.

The Rentomojo app has some frustrating issues. Firstly, there is no option to directly contact customer service, and the in-app bot is practically useless. Secondly, raising a repair request is a hassle. Even after uploading both video and image, it kept prompting me to upload the video again. Eventually, I had to reduce the video size and duration for it to get submitted. It would be helpful to have a note specifying the allowed video size and time. Please improve these features for a smoother

I have had their subscription for 2 years, and paid close to 40,000, if i add all monthly invoices. I returned the products this month and expected the refund, but they have not refunded me. The amount is minimal but it shows their commitment towards customers. I would suggest all of you to do not rent household items but buy them. This renting concept is a western concept. You can buy things using credit nd loans...so don't make the mistake that I made..

3rd class support service, Earlier it was good but now after moving to bot(Jo), it has become worst. I am waiting in the chat window for 1 hour but no response and if reverse situation is there, agent disconnects in 5-8 mins only. What kind of customer service is this. And the best part is I am not even connecting for any issue, This app is having some issue and not showing option to make payment I want to make the payment but I don't have any option!!

Very bad experience with Rentomojo. We have rented few furniture items and it was going all good,until the time I put a repair request for bed. They mentioned free repair or replacement but later on both the options not available. You just have to cancel the subscription and moreover , there is no customer support executive available to address any concerns. Just keep chatting with Jo at their app interface, and it will keep replying to hold on for a moment for call back but no response.

worst experience, they give you the product easily, but at the time of return, raised multiple request to pickup the product and then they picked the product still subscription is active in app, there is no option to directly contact customer support. everything just automatic bots reply. very pathetic service. keeps going on charging even after the products are returned.

absolutely the worst customer service. terrible experience to coordinate. pathetic products and zero responsibility to ensure corrective action... the technicians don't know what they are doing... each product I have rented has a problem and the service attached along for a resolution of the problems are NIL.. on the help chat it's a bot and eventually if you get connected to a person they are just rude and don't want to escalate the issues... I have been requesting to speak to a senior person..
