Most Pathetic Service! They constantly change bus timings, even when tickets are booked in advance. In my recent trip, the bus was delayed by 2 hours as they waited for another bus to return on the same route. Upon inquiring, the terminal staff gave lame excuses. Despite long waits, there’s no effort to ensure timely departures or communicate properly with passengers. Avoid booking if you value your time and need to reach on time for important plans.

Most Unreliable Service Ever! You book a ticket but they keep changing the timings every time. They even change the timings 5 minutes before the departure when everyone has already reached on the terminal. Frustrated passengers try to cancel the booking after they change timings again and again but they don't provide refund. You will never be able to travel on your desired time with Road Master so don't book. Don't use it when you plan ahead for important visits. You will not reach on time.

Although they provide good service, they have the worst management I've ever seen. They allow us to book seats in advance, but they cancel them just hours before departure without even trying to compensate us. This has happened to me twice. I filed complaints with their customer service center, and they said I would receive a call shortly, but nothing has happened.... I'm not using this app (& service) anymore....

Frustrated passengers try cancel the booking after they change timings again and again but they don't provide refund. You will never be able to travel on your desired time with Road Master so don't book. Don't use it when you plan ahead for important visits. You will not reach on time. Such a third class services.

Impressed by the service and condition of busses, on time excellent travel experience.. Good app as well sleek design, easy UI however i have one reservation, your conversion rate for master coins is very unfair, it should be higher. Further if a person accumulates or stacks more coins he/she should be offered higher conversion rate... Hope you'll consider these suggestions.

Their payment system is messed up. The roadmaster app declines payment even through debit cards and other payment methods that work perfectly fine in other apps .You have to phone bookme representatives to do the payment who charge extra money for the same booking. This is really annoying. It's like they've purposely disabled payment acceptance from roadmaster app so that bookme gets paid extra money which is totally unfair for the customers.

I booked the bus for LHR to ISD 8 hours prior to the departure and got the ticket. Just 50 mins before the departure, they called me and said that the bus is cancelled and you've to wait further 3 hours for the next possible replacement. It was my first experience and last, never tried them but after seeing reviews of their consistency I thought I should give a try but now I would never recommend anyone.

Most pathetic travel app ever used, full of bugs with non existant customer service. Payment gateways got stuck returning a network error message and account got blocked after couple of payment attempts. Helpline confirmed they restored account but still App Access Blocked message. Love you Daewoo, though you are expensive but one can count on you for flawless services.
