Tried to log in and just stays at the splash screen. Gave up and logged in through browser as the restaurant can't wait forever. Managed to get discount but unable to earn the points

SAFRA APP DESIGNER YOU DON'T DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR This app is extremely frustrating! I contacted Safra to ask how to renew, and they directed me to the app. However, the app doesn’t allow for renewal. Why isn’t the process simpler and more user-friendly? It’s clear that the current design is flawed. Please take the time to review all the feedback regarding your app’s performance.it's very inconvenient for users. Your design or IT team needs more experience in app development.

A regular user ever since the update version having a big time wastage for doing the transaction. Never I tried swapping devices until have to use someone else device for help but still a failure

Very buggy application. Paid members and regular booking done yet the developer having a buggy application worst still now everything is application based system dependant on a lousy backend will make transaction into difficulties mode

The upgraded app is worse then the previous one, keep hanging there all the time, and it happens all the time, not just once. Want to redeem things but the voucher can't load. No other app have this kind of recurring issue. Other agencies/organisation upgrade the app to make it better, but you upgrade it to become worse.

Takes >1 minute to load the Treats & Deal page (yes it annoyed me enough to time it). When trying to open the eVouchers page, forces you to give it permission to take pictures, record video, and access internal storage. No reason given. If you deny permissions, page just doesn't load.

Omg their app is worst than activesg when it comes to booking of facilities. They recently implemented a very weird queuing system and it keeps say loading but nothing is happening. I enter the app at 7am then waited 10 minutes to be able to see the timings. By then, everything is gone. I would have given 0 stars if I could.
