Rubbish app run by moronic people - they don't bother to read the messages in the appeal cases, just randomly rejecting each one. When you appeal the 2nd time, sometimes they accept it, and sometimes not. Seems to be a one-man operation. In addition, there map in the app is all messed up, arrow isn't in the correct area where you are standing. And the addresses for the restaurants are missing street names / alternative names / or random gibberish written in the title.

One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had, on the launch day my account was wrongly banned stating that my ID is expired, I got an email to update it through customer support and since that day I am daily contacting them with the response that team is working on it like they have to go to the Moon to resolve the issue!!!!! Which isn't the issue on first place. My id was never expired my id is valid till next 7 8 months and still they can't check update or even contact.

Very bad.. No delivery.. I keep waiting in front to restaurant but no delivery while some other guys comes to pick order who is not near by restaurant and the application get hanged toooo much

This is good application. I love it. But there is no break time system. Please sir next update add the break option for driver.

Really good platform and company to work for but there are few issues .The map is very difficult to navigate, barely get orders,and when you get it is able to be taken by someone else . The notification is the most annoying part.

facial recognition is so bad that it suspended me for not being able to upload a valid selfie even though when support was contacted they said upload the selfie via support and which i did already and still got suspended

You can earn only 80-130 riyal daily. Even if you earned these riyal, then no more orders will show to you. Please solve this issue.

Very good application but some issues Rider need to solve if car accident then how informed Rider option not coming plz coming soon update and keeta coming a day number one in Saudi Arabia thank you
