App does not show cancellation conditions and charges at all during entire booking process. This not transparency! App does not mention exact night allowance amount during booking. App does not force driver to enter start odometer reading. Driver of my trip claimed that app tracks trip distance covered automatically. Is it true? If yes, app calculated my trip distance km in grossly wrong way - off by 60 km over 500 km trip. I was not able to change default trip start time of 7 am.

Not a great experience like before, they want to make money now a days. Customer service is really slow. Had choose a different cab service provider this time. In multiple occasions had chosen different cab provider earlier as well. Due to their limited service, unavailability of cars, pricing etc.

Communication and on time pick up is good but there is no transparency about toll taxes between driver and customer. I booked outstation google is showing my destination is 191 km but car meter was showing i travelled 250 km. I think they make me fool.I paid almost 1200 rupees extra for nothing. I think you should tell final cost to customer by adding all toll charges and taxes.

Polite professional drivers with no haggling for price but there is a lot of silly miscommunication. For e.g. when there is an airport travel the customer side app does not have an option of requesting non CNG vehicles. This is necessary since international travel has a bigger luggage allowance. Alternatively please mandate CNG fitted vehicles to have an overhead luggage carrier.

Had a very bad experience with the driver. Very disappointed with the kind of selection of drivers. Highly unsafe journey. Very rash behavior of the driver. Rash driving, charging extra despite the app showing a lesser amount, threatening by the driver and everything bad that could happen on a journey. This was our first experience with savaari and we would not recommend the app to anyone. There is a need to select drivers judiciously.

Great experience. Better than Uber. This was my 4th time booking in city rentals. I have booked in mumbai, new delhi and jaipur. All times, booking gets confirmed and car driver details are shared as early as possible... This time the evening before. The biggest worry always is the driver not showing up at the last moment and thankfully all times have been reliable. I really like the fact that the driver is yours for the day, no need to specify app based location stops which is not easy for old

Nice app to book outstation or airport cabs. On time communication for driver and Cab details, on time pickup, clean cars etc. are key highlights. Update on 1st Oct 2024 Great experience. Very good professional polite driver. Continue having my great experience with Savaari.

- rentals are reasonable. - within city limits drivers can use google map. - outstation travel should have a driver with good knowledge of the geographical understanding. - atleast one local language is must. - point to point travel can be managed with any driver. - when travel to countryside Google map will not suffice. Receipts of toll should have transparency. - road tax details of other state should have clarity before/at the time of booking.
