Poorly refined and bugs. Needs to improve method to change temperature vs current single click per degree change. Large changes are exceeding tedious. One bug is frustrating until you figure the workaround. When temporarily changing temperature off schedule for a few hours, you can't just set the time once, you have to do it twice to actually have the return to schedule time 'take'. Not a huge bug but frustrating until you figure out the 'do it twice' workaround.

This app is made poorly and has a few bugs on v1.06. . no day of week shown when setting up the schedule. When setting the system manually for a couple of hours, I have to input the setting twice in order for it to save. That's really really lame. There's no type input to adjust the temperature, you have to tap every degree... Imagine setting 6 systems on from 60f to 90f, that's at least 180 taps. Have the option to Change the temp control to a slider element. No UX thought, no QA

Fairly rudimentary UI but it works. Overall the app works as it should except that the controller doesn't understand US time changes. That means that it has the time wrong half the year unless you manually reset it. What's the point of time sync if it's wrong? First world problems for sure but if you've got an app and a WiFi connection it should do better. Schluter - there are plenty of US software engineers that can fix this if you want.

Does exactly what the thermostat does and what I expected. Pretty straight forward and easy to learn, I personally don't care that it doesn't integrate with Automation, we have Crestron, but floor heat is fine as a stand alone app. I would give 5 stars if the days of the week were actually labeled when doing the heat scheduling, lots of space on the screen to show which day you are on without needing to count dots.

After the latest update, I was forced to log in again. I entered my email and password and the app displays "Error" but nothing else. Not very descriptive or helpful. And now I can't use the WiFi functionality that I paid extra for. Ugh, I hope I can find a different thermostat that connects to the Schluter heating system.

What a @?!$&$ DISASTER this entire product system has been since day one. Our energy consumption is at least 4 times that of comparable homes, in EVERY season. And that's when I leave the floor heater at 62°. in other words - our energy bill is unsupportably expensive since we installed the Schluter/Ditra system, even though we essentially do not even use it. How do you just turn it completely off??!! We have no idea! It sure ain't in the catastrophe of an app!!

The app/thermostat has problems keeping the correct time. The thermostat regularly changes its time to off by three hours due to a bug in the time sync code. This causes all programmed temps to be off-schedule. I've tried contacting support, but there's still no response after 2 weeks.

Pretty decent app actually. One feature request: give users a way to manually turn on the heat more quickly on the wall screen units. If my schedule has the heat off (41F) I have to click UP on the heat a bunch of times to get to 72F. A quick heat button with a preset temp would be ideal for this.
