Great paint, terrible app. Buggy and crashes a lot. It has some potential useful features such as the ability to make custom bids for clients. However when I try to add images it always gives an error and won't upload. I'll keep buying SW paint though.

Ordering paint with ease. Many color selecting tools free for customers. very useful.

It takes less time to drive to the store, wait in line, have a cup of coffee then tryi.g to log in and navigate anything you thought would save you time... complete garbage and very frustrating

Error that has prevented me from seeing prices for months: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'java.lang.String com.sherwin.pro.model.account.SelectedAccountData.getAccountNumber()' on a null object reference

The app has been buggy lately. Viewing product listed in te frequently used and order history sections usually takes you to product details. But try looking for something you haven't purchased before and the app will crash. I've done as prior reviewers; updating, clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall...but nothing fixes the problem. It's easier to use the browser and got right to the site.

Too many different tasks will cause the app to crash making the app almost useless. If you just want to find the price of a product it's fine but if you need to change stores, it crashes or just takes you back to the home page. It's easier just to use the website in a browser in far too many cases. EDIT: lowered to 1 star because for the 3rd time I've spent my time putting together a bid that becomes illegible when viewed as a PDF.

App page Starts over on page 1 when looking at a product on page 2,3,4 thru how ever many page and would like to go back to previous page. Also it should show more then 9 items at a time on a page. I shouldn't have to sign in again to see my pricing sinceI already signed in the app. It takes me to the web page sometimes and there is nothing in my cart when the app has it in the cart. Product Should be in cart no matter app or web they should be the same. This make it complicated to us.

I have wasted more time on this new app than any I have ever used! It is slow & a nightmare. Checkout kept failing because it autpopulated my biliing address with everything but the state (but it had the zip inserted- go figure). I finally caught it at the 3rd time looking through all info when it kept giving me 404 error. I was finally able to purchase products, but will no longer use this to try to "save time" prior to going to actual SW stores for products. Just not worth the frustration.
