Could use some simplification towards being more User Friendly and reducing the amount of clicks/taps it takes to upload the already insane amount of pictures required per job. Then there's the issue with the App not synchronizing properly with other devices that are using the same logins.The most irritating problem is that the App automatically crops photos that have been uploaded using the devices camera instead of it's own.

It feels like I'm taking photos on an iphone3gs. The camera is so slow, auto rotates for now reason and doesn't even have an auto flash option. Actually it has no options other than flash on or off.

Trash. Glitchy all the time. Keeps asking for app permission to access media and photos even though the app has already been given access. Wont let me upload photos unless i Uninstall, restart my phone, and then reinstall the app just so i can allow access again.

Unfortunately no matter how many times you restart the program, uninstall and reinstall it, is always saying that it's syncing and I cannot start a new project as a result. This has been going on for months and months making the paid program completely useless

The application itself is great. The server could use some help as it can get very slow at times and can be extremely aggravating. Overall, it's a great app and still worth 5 stars.

Sync issues S24 but no recent app updates... Anyone else having issues? I can upload, but others cannot see for hours. Then I look later it doesn't show my synced files. In one case it created a duplicate survey.

We have had a great experience working with sire capture. The pdf reports it creates are excellent for submitting to other companies. The ability to adjust settings is amazing.

Slow and always failing. I used to be able to fill in site captures with pictures from my phone, but not anymore. I've tried everything I can think of. There is no IT support for this either.
