I use this and they picked me up late and I had to call to see where they was and the guy was very rude I don't know why they even have this because whenever I call they don't have anything available I still have to call for an Uber just ridiculous and s waist of time call no matter where you going I even had a doctor's appointment and they still didn't have anything available so disappointing.

Horrible 😔 This App is terrible. Bus Service is Horrible, you guys needs to go back to the drawing board with this one. Buses don't show up especially in Saturday, make a ride on Friday for Saturday. A No Show. Not able to call Customer Service on weekends.The App is useless , took away the ability to see where the bus is . Mind you this is Not a Free Service. The farther you go , the more the Cost. Also some drivers are terrible drivers. Star is Unreliable .

what ever happened to remembering Kaufman in the trolley system? time was when I thought highly of star transit. now I could give two hoots to a dollar for it. not customer friendly. give me back the good old days when the customer was number one not number ten.

App is not working properly. No warning on shortages. Bus are booked up 4 one person rides. New system is very inconvenient for everyone now

Ive been riding with STAR TRANSIT I must say most all rides are comfortable, professional drivers, Shelby & Vicki both are great on dispatch. Ms. Shirley & Mr. Vallero Cruz have always gave great customer service, also Mr. Keith on Sat. Svc in Mesquite is always pleasant!! I also have several resrrvationist who have great customer svc skills Ms. Donna, Alma or Amal & of course Star theyve gone above & beyond GREAT JOB!! I LOVE STAR TRANSIT
