VERY RISKY IF USED TO WATCH A BABY The video feed often freezes after a few minutes. I tried it on my Iphone and Android and we have very reliable and fast internet....you have to manually close and restart the app to fix the video feed. This is very dangerous..you think you are watching a live feed while you actually have no idea what is happening to the baby.

Absolutely NO way to use cam if you.change routers. Don't care what the instructions say. Youtube videos, pano2 help. Nothing works. Tried off and on for a year. Once you put in a router connection it's there forever. No changing to new router. Had expert tech guys try. It's useless. Not gonna work!!!! Sad. It was a good cam.

I had felt extremely insecure before installing the security camera, being afraid of someone breaking into my apartment or hiding out somewhere in the house. Honestly, I could barely sleep well at night, even a tiny little sound scares me. Fortunately, I found Eva 2. The cloud recording service is really convenient! And I finally find my mentally peace after buying that. Insomnia doesn’t bother me anymore!

From 2 star,down to 1 star........only headaches! two weeks later started .... 1. Failed to load video recordings (after it was pushed) 2. Tapping on the picture in the app does say....not get uploaded to cloud...So I can t watch the video of the person who pushed the bell. Basic functions are working,but not more than a 30usd doorbell.This is a shame. False alerts are many. Wifi range is low! Very low! 1 bar on the router with 5m away from doorbell. I m very disappointed!

My little daughter likes to stay up late. But every time I asked her, she refused to say what she was doing then. She did not know that I have installed a security camera in her room lol, so I actually knew that she usually talked to her dolls and danced crazily while we all fall asleep. tried hundred times still cannot update the setting of tempature alert. impossible to disable it, very annoying. Just tried on 8.6.2022. Problem still. Cannot disable the tempature alert. Also setting will auto resume to lower than 7.8C / higher than NaN C. Pls fix the bug. Tks. The problem fixed finally. Tks for yr prompt response.

I subscribed the AI service through app few months ago. It can detect and alert when a human fall and not getting back up. It’s really amazing and useful function for any family with the elderly!

Ok after finding the right guy at spotcam we finally got my cam sorted out. Giving it a 3 for now I need to see how everything else works now. I have to add that this system constantly drops wifi. The longer i have spotcam the more frustrating it is becoming. Defiantly not a set it and forget it system.
