This app has stopped working all of a sudden. Multiple times, I have contacted the concierge for assistance. They keep telling me I would get a response and resolution in 24hrs each time, and I never do. It's been 2 full months and still no assistance. I have tried all the tech troubleshooting they offer in the help section, still doesn't work.

When working as a laundry pro, you can select what laundry you'd like to do on your own schedule. The customer service team is quick and efficient. Through the application you find tips and help is always at your fingertips. They have a very supportive Facebook group you can access through the application as well. Poplin listens to your suggestions on improving you and the customers experience. 😀

Love the flexibility and personally I find it rewarding and therapeutic. I don't like how customers can lie on the ranking system and get away with it, it affects your score tremendously and makes you look bad. Overall I wish there was a follow up on past orders to make sure that everything was done orderly, there should also be a more prompt support system as well than having to wait for them to get back to you.

The app doesn't always work. Notifications are not coming through. There are problems with the pictures uploading. Sometimes I have to take a picture 2 or 3 times before it will upload. I have found a neighborhood that I can't get this app to work in at all. Other apps work just fine there. I've only been here for 6 days and have noticed significant issues with the app working properly.

I saw all the videos for training and they are very helpful and intuitive for the job. It is not hard to follow, and it is as it says "wash & fold". I am a perfectionist, so I'm able to make each client's order perfect and as expected with a few extras. I enjoy the easy 10 points with the random training/tips they give in the app. You get paid every Wednesday for all you have done from the previous week. Sudshare handles all the "paperwork" in-app, and the money/credit card processing...

Just got my very first order 9-9-23 since I signed up in July 2023 and WAS super excited! But now not so much, since the detergent photo issue has caused me to lose all the extra bonus points. 😔 At this point, I'm not even sure I can finish the order in the app to get paid. All I can do is go drop off the customers order without photos since the app will NOT allow me to move passed the detergent photo issue.

Good luck getting started. The notifications don't ping to my phone on time. It only pings when I open my phone. By then who knows how long it has been since the original notification. I have check my setting Uninstaller reinstalled. I have a Samsung device and it's just impossible to get orders because I can accept them. I wish they'd fix the notification. My favorite part of the whole thing is I get to pick what days I work. So if life gets busy I can focus on life and then get back to it.

I haven't been able to get a single offer because when I get a notification and I click it, it takes more than 10 minutes to load the map, by the time it comes up, the job is gone. This is on a fast speed wifi with AT&T. I have also tried my data on a 5g network. I have deleted the app, reinstalled it and I continue to have the same issue.
