This app could use some improvement. I can't store a gift card to pay, and it's nearly impossible to find where to put promo codes when ordering. Apparently, the promo code has to be added on the main screen before any order is placed.

Kind of a poorly designed app tbh. Tried to order one of the winter drinks and it only applied to checkout as one standard size drink, so I had to go through the options to create it under the base Chai tea latte product in order to be able to select size.

Sweetwaters is a national franchise at this point and there's a reason they're doing well - the quality, although inconsistent at times (at no fault of the operators or staff, thanks covid), is far superior to Starbucks. Each location always has a very laid back vibe and their selection of treats are often from local vendors. The baristas are always very friendly and the few times they miss a detail it's very obviously due to staffing turnover that's happening everywhere. I love the ice dragons.

Doesn't always track points related to orders correctly. After last update, online ordering doesn't work at all. Shows no points either. The app serves one purpose and it completely fails at that one thing.

Payment processor for mobile orders fail 90% if the time. Been doing it for months now. (I checked with my card vendor and they say they never see the charge, so it's a failure in the app or it's payment processor.)

Can no longer mobile order! I get an error as does my boyfriend using an Android and an Apple. Just started in past few weeks. I get e-ord-3217 error he just gets error. I literally don't purchase if I can't mobile order so this has actually caused me to switch coffee shops! Each time it debits my bank account but also simultaneously reverses it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, updated my payment methods, logged out and back in, literally everything. Why me!?!?

App doesn't carry all menu items but should because the world of Sweetwater is huge! Also link to delivery partners not there . Sweetwater Corporate you can do better to support your stores in this fashion for their revenue stream.
