I put an order through the app but did not reach the branch. Then the problems strated. Unfortunately, there are no customer services, and no way to reach out anyone from the company, I have sent them many emails without any responses. The chat with us service is always stuck, the whatsup number just received messages without any response. The worst customer care ever.

Prices are great at the app. But it lacks stability, keeps crashing , lagging, and , sometimes, not responding. Would be a great idea if you can track your driver on maps.

Can't even order, it says "no delivery at this time" even though I am picking the "pick up" option. Edit: I have money in my "wallet" and I can't even use it , what a failure of an app

Cool app. Good offers, quick pick-up. No complains about the app so far. Deducts money only after they confirm purchase. Restaurant is one of the best tastes of burger. Not very expensive

Very bad taste that's the reason you are giving 99% cashback.. May be your staff doesn't know how to cook.. I placed order in safa branch for pickup when I reached there the order was packed n ready to collect. The very lazy and extremely bad behaviour of staff ignores me and kept me wait for like 15 minutes n the same guy came n said your order is ready take it.. This was my 1st n last experience with you.. Even if you offer me 100sr to eat your burger I will refuse
