It often has something disturbing!!! Or with the recharges or with the calls... It often doesn't let me put the call off and goes on the seconds... It shows a different rate and charges more than that...

*WARNING* It automatically tops up without your consent. When you try to turn off the auto top up in its settings it turns it on again, because of that the system will not allow you to remove the bank card registered on the app, only ways is to delete the app or you could easily run out of money from your bank account.

No Data usage or Call history on the app.. please resolve this and allow users to track data usage and the amount of data left and also call history.. thanks How is writing to CS going to make a difference, the app itself doesn't have an option to track data usage of call records.. Poor response and not relevant to my issue at all

It used to be a great app but recently it keeps you calling hundred of times to connect the call. Also the call disconnect itself and you have to go through the same process again which is awful

Excellent app, easy to use compared to the traditional way of dail and pin makes life much easier when you can view contacts, it better then using what's app because the person abroad might not have data access

It's OK. Does its job. But it is annoying when the app keeps trying to connect to my phone contacts. The prompt pops up on almost every page. Talk Home, take the hint. Update: I've seen your response. I don't understand the link between using the app for international call and my phone contacts list. I do use it for international calls, but I want to be able to key in or copy and paste numbers.

Rubbish. Gives you the run around. Access phone number cannot be found online so have to use the app to locate it, and when u do, it doesn't work. My phone number changed, so app doesn't recognise my original account, which has calling credit, and there's no option to log in with email. A load of rubbish! Now I have to call customer service which is going to be another 30mins down the drain. I've never come across an app so frustrating.
