Gave it one star because zero stars isn't an option. It is a constant bombardment of ads for TikTok, Instagram, etc. They ambush your screen and you have to endure the video ad before it allows you to do anything else. Every page also has an ad with "Install" box. One wrong move and you have something else you didn't want. Google instructions to get rid of ads refer to selections that aren't on our menus. Finally, when getting app, you are inundated with other message app installation boxes.

Once I was forced to change from message plus this is a complete downgrade from message plus with Verizon. You cannot separate your personal from business calls like you could with the other app., also unable to personalize as a notifications screen color from other individuals

It's so hard being forced to find a new messaging app I l9se track of which ones I've tested so I gotta review all tested ones so I know why to stay away... this one doesn't send pics or videos. I can't search messages for key words or media, plain themes

The app is okay, but I absolutely HATE all the ADS! It is rediculous! Ads BEFORE I text ... Ads AFTER I text ... Ads BEFORE I can read my text .... Ads, Ads, ADS!! Also, I can't space down for a new paragraph.

Adds, and pushy. Not as good as orig. Samsung text app. Google is blocking my apps from calling/texting today or banking/investing today since they don't want me to make money today on the market. Because I am their target and "under investigation" for writing about privacy and sovereignty. They removed privacy apps I paid for, installed apps I didn't approve, And changed dozens of app settings and menu options of dozens of apps -28 and climbing - and only not criminalized cuz it's a new secret.

Messenger pops up when the call is ended. This is useless and frustrating. I just talked to them. I don't need to message them, it is one more pointless step to clear my screen and go back towhat I was doing.

I can't install this app why l use everything by Google because they're supposed to protect me from virus and malicious sites they don't l have done everything Google tells me to do. L have people on my devices who they Google help me l said over and over help me get rid of these hacked messages on my phone account lve done everything they tell me to do can't you see when someone switches my phone or device can't you tell it's not l or me l called Google for help l got a recording
