I'm new to Turno, so still learning - I feel that the site and its operations are mostly great, though the menus could be made to feel more intuitive. That's really my only minor complaint! It's a GREAT service, a brilliant idea, a real blessing to have this available as an Airbnb host. My rep, Chris, was terrific in walking me through the system, and Samantha on a recent chat was also very helpful.

Turno is awesome. Customer service is wayyyy above average. Carly rocks. It's a bit clunky figuring out the app/site sometimes but customer service is fast and overall Turno is 100% working for what it's supposed to do. I'm super impressed with it and recommend it to anybody I know that is hosting. I've found great cleaners at competitive rates. I really like that I can create checklists with photos. I can require the cleaner upload a photo showing they've cleaned and staged it correctly.

I have used turno as a busy property manager for about a year and I'm very pleased with it overall. Their support is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about using the chat support and getting a real human that can actually answer questions and help. It is honestly the best part of this product/service. Claire help me most recently and she was fantastic. The only issue I tend to have is push notifications do not bring you to the correct place if you click on them.

Slow app. Mobile Web is significantly faster for me. Mobile app also seems to have lots of trackers, whereas I can easily block trackers on a mobile browser. Update: recent app update has made this mobile app unusable for me. Just find an alternative.

the app is best as a companion to the desktop. It is for basic tasks and the desktop version is the full service. It does a great job with keeping us informed with relevant information! In terms of customer service we did have a nightmare situation where all our properties desynced when setting one up on hospitable. I reached out to support and within minutes they were working on a fix. They reassigned cleanings manually. THANK YOU VICKY from the support team for taking the time to do it!

This is not so much about the app as the desktop version. Turno has been a lifesaver for finding cleaners for our Airbnb property. I can't recommend them enough. I primarily use the full desktop version of the site, and just use the app to check on things. They have great customer service. I had an issue with billing today and customer service specialist Andrew provided quick and helpful answers that got me back on track and resolved my issue.

Had some trouble initially wth the app. Kind of clunky, buggy, and would get stuck a lot. It's since gotten better, so 4 stars overall for the app, HOWEVER, if I could give my Customer Success Specialist CAROLINA 10 stars, I would!!! I have never experienced customer service so phenomenal. She is proactive, friendly, makes things easy to understand, and very available.
