Messaging very laggy on Android, almost unusable. Lots of feature errors. Support is slow to respond to bugs and unflinching in its application of rules. Be very careful about renewals - there is zero notification that an annual renewal is coming up, so if you've moved into a space where the app is no longer needed (like me) make sure to cancel your subscription immediately. I hadn't used it in months and contacted the company immediately when it renewed and they just said tough luck.

Notifications never worked properly. Could not get real-time notifications of messages no matter what we did. Calendar sync is one-directional and you need to rebuild your entire custody calendar from scratch. Payment tracking is extremely rudimentary. Document sharing is very basic with no tagging or renaming of files. Overall, this app is very expensive for what it delivers.

Terrible app. Extremely limited communication avenues. No ability to make video or audio calls to the other party which is critical. It is supposed to provide a platform for communication yet limits your ability to communicate - makes sense *eye roll* The messaging took FOREVER too as it lags while you are trying to type. It is a joke. Look for a different app!

I've been using for over 3 years. It has all the elements it needs but isn't particularly user friendly and they was often a lag when updating so very slow. To charge £99 is too much when you can get elsewhere for free. I'm now out of pocket as I cancelled months ago (and they are saying I havent and I cant prove it as i did it on the app). It was fine to pay the last few months when I didn't use but charging another year as well is appalling customer service. I would avoid.

This App is not user friendly. The video calling function is terrible. Rarely notifies of a video call coming in and if it does it's 5 minutes after the call has started.

This app costs $170 a year. Just use AppClose it's free and approved by the state. This app is just a money grab. All they need is 1k people to buy it and boom they make $170,000 a year from a app that has alot of issues and no support

While I like that conversations will tell you when a parent opens a message, there are several pitfalls. The calendar has a bug that causes the time to change when trying to request a custody change. Once it is approved it will not allow a change. This caused a great deal of issues in my high conflict divorce. I do like that albums and images can be shared and the normally scheduled calendar works well. However the time changing on requests is a significant issue

The app is broken and buggy. Can't type in it as it starts to lagg and then crashes. The video calls are always super low res and jumpy and the voice quality cuts in and out all the time. For something that promotes better communication this paid service is a heap of trash and creates more issues when trying to coparent with someone toxic. It also doesn't load messages as they are sent by the other user. I have to close the app and reopen it and hope that it loads first go.
