This app used to be amazing. The derm expert allowed you to take a photo of a skin lesion, and gave a great differential. However they have now removed the camera function. I don't know why. If it can be found somewhere please let me know and I'll change the rating to 5 stars.

Slimy and sneaky the contact info listed will block your mail unless you are a group member of the apps actual link send you. A micro 360 group. Lac credentials cancelled day into trial 7 emails canceling any further app Association closed cards app account, and still was charged refused refund told to contact Google which does not refund. Stay away can't be trusted

I am a medical trainee. This app has been instrumental to my rotations, specifically my dermatology rotation. There are many pictures of diseases, often with skin of color, which includes demographics important to my patient population. There is often a useful differential diagnoses. My one qualm is price. Fortunately I got this for free through the VA hospital. Otherwise, I'm not sure I would download.

Super app and resource right at your hand, awesome pictures and very friendly interface and you get CME for this. Regarding the cost... if you don't pay for service then you are the product...

As a PA both in derm and in the ER I've been using this app going on 5 years now and it's the best. I literally use it every day to help guide me with my differentials, improving my knowledge about certain lesions and rashes, along with aiding my treatment for patients. This is a life saver for me and well worth the money.

Bait and switch. Says you get a free 30 day trial, but everytime you try to sign up it gives an error message. Then when you try again it says an account already exists for this email and it doesn't give the option for the free trial.

That could be use to help people all over the world! But with a price tag of 38,99$ per month that makes it waaaayyy over price for the working class and people that live in a less fortunate contry that dont have access to doctors. This should be 2,99$ per month or a one time buy of 50$ it would be way more accessible!
