App used to work fine up until the point that a food vendor didn't show up and they tried to keep my money for the food I ordered ahead of time. I made a claim in support and they seemed keen on not refunding me my money as I had to make 3 different claims. Ever since that day the app has not worked. Kind of strange. Safe to say the app is useless if everytime I use it I get "Oops something went wrong try again later"

I can find out what restaurants are catering breaks and lunch at work, almost a week ahead. So I can decide if I want to bring anything to work or buy my lunch. Usually a different restaurant each day if you like variety. Some are a bit overpriced with small portions, not worth it (hence 4 stars, I get it's like a convenience fee) But there's a few I'll regularly order from. App implies you have to order from it and pay. But the majority of the restaurants that cater don't require that.

Slow and buggy app that is constantly having issues. The UI is outdated. Ordering ahead for a pickup time that isn't asap it keeps defaulting back to asap whenever switching menus.

The app does a lot great, but I have experienced many cases of it lagging while attempting to resolve to a selection or action, and asking for feedback on food I just ordered (then not allowing later feedback). If these could be addressed, it'd be an easy 5-star review.

The app constantly crashes, takes forever to load, and relentlessly asks you to rate pop-ups anytime you order from them for days after every time you open the app. The concept of Fooda is great but the app itself needs some work.

The app is still great, for ordering food ahead of time, but I'm still not receiving points, or coupons. Since nothing shows up in that section, for me, I don't know if that's even a feature anymore.

This app is terrible. I can't tell if there will ever be food at my location. I can't even tell whether I have selected a valid location.

I would love to use this app since we use the service at my work but it is so buggy. I can't say that I've used the app because it errors every single time I try to sign up. I enter my info and I get an error pop up to please try again and that happens over and over. I tried on my phone, on my laptop, with a referral code without a code, on wifi and off wifi, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works. I gave up. Hopefully this gets worked out.
