Beware - Naples mostly works, but it's horrible to use. It is very poorly designed so it's hard to find out where you do have disounts. There is no list, you need to go one by one, and even that is not up-to date. We were rejected in many places. Advertised priority access just doesn't exist in reality. You get 2 QR codes, and have to pay attention which one the staff scans. Transport add on is too expensive. Munich pass was much better, I got PDF list of all discounts, so I can plan visits

Travel add on dreadful, have to go to attendant every time like you havent paid. some sights, and there aren't that many, like palace were closed To the public so not really what was advertised. Pass just about ok leave the travel card out of it and walk

The app was really practical to make the most of the visit, get ideas and suggestions of places to see and not have to worry about public transport tickets if purchased as part of the pass. The only disadvantage was that the feature to like recommendations to create a wish list was not working. Also, when using the QR for public transport keep in mind most metro and cable cart stations don't have great signal!

Good value when you work out what is free and what is discounted. There is too much available so you have to scroll through too much to get to the free tickets. Every time I opened the map, there was a"World Tours" option covering half the screen. We visited quite a few attractions that looked like they were free but when we got there, found a 1€ discount. We wasted a lot of time. There should be sections for Free attractions, Discounted ones and Others. The app kept closing due to freezing.

Great customer service from these guys. Bought the pass online just before going into the Archeology Museum (also recommended!). Registration would not complete but got in touch using one of 3 channels and they were on it in minutes. Password reset, new password, and all done in a flash. Impressed!

It really works and it's awesome! The pass allows entry for many attraction and you don't need to wait in line!!! We went to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Caserta, the Archeological museum, Castel Sant'Elmo and Capodimontr. When buying the pass, you can extend from 3 days to 4 days, which is a good bargain. The customer support responded quickly to our question and was helpful. Highly recommend! P.s. take a screenshot of the QR code in case there's no internet connection.

Nobody recognizes the pass. We bought the Naples Pass + Artecarte, including transportation for the Campania region. Both in Naples and in other tram stations the ticket in the App failed to scan. Some bus drivers and tram employees regonized while one day later at the same station the next employee didn't and forced us to pay in full. Some employees knew the pass, but not the APP. The pass only loads your ticket when you are online, which has been pure trouble in places with bad connection.

This is RIP OFF. It DOES NOT have all the sites it advertised. NOT USABLE. Top sites, most popular, won't accept it because it is a 3rd party. It looks similar to the actual pass, but it isn't legitimate. A SCAM. DONT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY. These crooks actually contacted me 3 months later, complained they didn't Iike the truthful warning. Demanded I give them a better review. Insisted I list all of the details of their scam. Ok. A legitimate business does not Demand review changes.
