offen enough,the app does not load and is telling me that I don't have an internet connection even though I do have a good one,sometimes the app is unusable anytime i want to use it the whole day. tried to reinstall it but did not help..... and another downside is that the search engine and search filters are bad, in my opinion 😅

A really bad experience here, had issues logging in even though I had more than a week left on my subscription and could not finish my book, basically I paid for the days I could not use the app and they (Alexandra Surdoiu in my case) didn't extend or do anything just wishing me a "good day".

My Voxa service has been unavailable for 10 days now, still counting. I contacted support, but I did not receive an answer. Please offer proper client services and a functional app. I regret I renewed my yearly membership on June 8th.

I enjoy the app and the wide range of titles it offers. However, a few features could improve the user experience. Adding an option to filter between ebooks and audiobooks in the Categories section and search function would be very helpful. Additionally, when returning to an ebook, the upper and lower information bars don’t disappear as expected, which hides two rows of content and is somewhat annoying. These improvements would make navigation smoother.

Ok. I don't like the flat tone of the speakers and the lack of music dedicated to different moments. I thought it was similar to "Teatrul Radiofonic", but unfortunately it isn't. I think I will cancel soon because of this. Since it's close to an AI reading a text, I wouldn't pay that. I would only pay gladly to have that human feel, human acting touch, etc.

i wish footnotes were read also. i listened to a book with a few medical acronims and I did not foolow the thread on some of them. besides this, I chose Voxa because I liked thd variety of books, which is constantly improving.

Can not access account settings from the app. They say it had to be done from the web. Underqualified dev. Then, from the web, half of the screen is their big accomplishment: cookies. I cannot close it no matter, therefore the web page is hard to use. For a free app, this should be a star. Oh.... wait. It is not free? I want my star back

The aplication has a aparently a bug, the downloaded books are deleted automatically without notification and no possibility to disable this. This is "sold" by the support as a feature. Offline listening is a lottery, independent if the books are in the middle of listening. Dissapointed of their inflexibility or the wish to fix this.
