After entering your credit card information there is no confirmation screen. You are charged immediately. Giving no chance to review what you're paying for. Support will not allow a refund. This is a very scammy app. Given the amount of reviews going back more than a year, (I wish I read before signing up for $20 /month), complaining about how it ISN'T clear you're paying for a full year... you'd think they'd try to make it clearer... yet they haven't. Is this choice by design? Probably...

I dont recommend this team to anyone at all...I was not happy with their service(s) after 2min of speaking with one of their doctors and they did not refund the money. They provide an Email to you for the refund request, but they reject it!!! It looks like kind of scam to me. Stay away ftom them. Good luck

Their web page title in my search results says FREE, but that's not true even for your first visit or anything. I sign up and my only options are $20 a month or $35 a month. It conveniently neglects to mention this until after you've signed up, downloaded the app, and typed up your symptoms.

Be very careful with the fees!!!! I thought I selected the monthly plan of $20/ month, but if you read carefully, it says billed annually. I was charged $240.

App freezes and it took forever to actually chat with someone, even though it stated no wait. Everything it froze and I start over, it charge my credit card triple. So far, nothing from customer service.....even this is freezing up and won't post. Update....called the support number and the person didn't know what is was talking about...never heard of doctors online...

I was in pain my family Doctor was closed and all dentist closed until Monday , it's Friday 2:56 am and I was given help right away and asked the right questions. I would rate this app and the care Ive got 100/10 Edit , I've used this app for me and my 4 children for almost a year now. Worth every penny!!!! Each time we used it the help we needed was available fast and helpful.. I truly appreciate their time.

Be very careful when subscribing to this service. The app is designed to make you think you're signing up for $20/month when in actual fact they'll charge you for a full year. I was not shown any explanation only an option for $20/ month or $35 quarterly. No mention of an annual subscription. They did refund be $120 but kept $120 when I didn't even use the service. Be mindful when signing up.

Response to creator: Thank you for the offer to contact, however I don't even understand what you mean by app version. What app version did you put out there on the Playstore? Doesn't matter I tried your app again. And there's different issues from the last time. Just overhaul it I couldn't get past the profile set up. The calender is the worst. After I was able to edit it. 1st it save, then it won't go back to the main page.
