Best yogurt place out of all franchises of this sort. Lots of flavors ,lots of toppings and extras to add.

At the Alameda store: came in for the Peppermint fudge brownie and machine wasn't working properly. Had to wait for reset, then only got half of a large cup. Other times I've come in and they've run out of the flavor special.

UPDATE 10/7/20: I have been able to use the app for several months now much more successfully as I installed a newer version. Why it wouldn't update is a mystery. The problem I'm having now is that I cant see the entire notification when there are announcements such as a new flavor release or specials for the day. I'm not sure if this is an issue with my phone or the app. If I click on the notification, the app opens but there's no notification.

What a waste of time even after an update. I had no problems using this app last year & now I can't sign in. I went through the steps to reset the password & changed my password on my profile, but it will not let me sign in on the app. The reset email only works online & it will not work on the app. I thought it was just me, but read how many recent reviews are the same log in issues with the app. I'm removing this app as soon as I finish this sentence.

Read the other reviews about trying to use your credit card with this app!! Very disappointing! Tried to add value, went through the process of entering my card details only for it to give me an error. Their website also has issues with entering your card details. Surprised a company that doesn't care about the details is surviving. Fail!

Loved this app for years, but when I went to open it today for Yogurtland's free spoon day, got an error and it locked up. Updating doesn't help and rebooting my smartphone didn't either.

This app is frustrating to use. It took awhile to figure out how to load in the gift card. Trying to use the coupons and gift cards on the app seems complicated. But trying to use other payments on the app was the worst. It doesn't let us use a credit card to pay for the order. Only with a gift card or coupon! So my wife bought a egift card and tried to use it, but the app said it couldn't retrieve the balance of the card. Tried online, but it said there was a problem with the card. No froyo.

Really irritated! The app worked fine for a long time. Now, I get signed out EVERY TIME I close it. Today, I tried signing in and it wouldn't take my password. So, I went through the tedious process of finding my card number and changing my password. The app still won't let me sign in!!! I can sign in online, but not through the app, taking up space in my phone. What's the point of having an app that I can't use?
