I have mixed feelings about the app. A bit buggy & can freeze. Expensive, but lots of games. Beautiful graphics & at first that's enough to draw kids in. The educational focus is there, well done in some ways, but game play is repetitive & lacks a clear arc with no progress or clear rewards to motivate kids. Literacy games use only upper case, a major shortcoming, and focus on the same few letters & phonemes. Can't unsubscribe within app, have messaged for support. Overall: needs development.

There are some good games for example the bridge with syllables. I don't understand the jellyfish game. You know, kids usually play using a phone, so the stars are rather small there. Also the dots game could be easier, from 1 to 5 instead of 2 to 9. Number 1 should always appear especially for toddlers. Anyway, the game is the best one I've ever seen.

it would be great if you add such a function - mb some kind of notification bar which can remind me to buy and prolong my subscription. i had one and suddenly it stopped working, my son was upset. and after purchasing all worked ok of course but in case i was reminded to do it, all could be done before it stopped working. i hope u got what i meant

Agree with this being a scam! They just deducted the fee from my phone bill. It wasn't clear that there was payment for the trial. Didn't even get the notification that they will start charging. An now I'm getting a hard time to unsubscribe! I need to send proof of the bill sent to me. Shouldn't they have a list of the subscribers they charge? I got charged again good for 3 months. I honestly don't remember rclicking an payment or subscription preferences. The app was sooo slow!

Got a tablet for the kids paid another 29.99 on the phone app but it will not transfer to tablet. I downloaded it it keeps on crashing if I put in I have a subscription. It works somewhat if I go the way I would as a new user. Terrible and absolutely no support. They have taken 60$ and I now have no game. Very disappointed I absolutely loved this game when they used my phone to play, the boys are heartbroken at 3 an 4 they really were getting alot out of it.

My son really likes this app. I think there's just too many glitches here and there. the screen freezes every time he's on it and this is played on a new samsung tablet with no problems with his other apps. Has great potentials, but too expensive to charge with all these bugs ,please fix .

Now everything works correctly! - We also set up an alert system "SOS-tip". We will warn you when there are problems with the Internet. - In the mini-game with jellyfish the kid every time a new game mechanics falls now. - Bonus for beginners: a big discount on the first connection! Look at the loading screen.

A very disappointing app. Gave a 7-day free trial but did not work fine. And they deducted a huge amount from my account as charge for three months without asking whether I wished to continue with the subscription. No one should ever download this. Please refund my money because I never used the app. It kept loading and never finished to allow my kids to play. REFUND!!
