The service provided from the management is very poor. I do not recommend this app. The people sent for any service requested do their jobs well, but there is zero consideration for requests from the management. You probably have to wait the whole year before any action is even taken. I have been after them every chance, and there is no positive response. Really hate this

This app is simply a mere stupidity. Having so many issues, can't even just damn log in to get an OTP. Would really prefer the traditional techniques. Also this app has affected the room cleaning service which is a great matter of concern. Dear Manipal campus management please stick to the traditional methods, because not every person is well equipped to use such apps and technology.

Very bad service. It has been more than 2 weeks the lift is still not repaired. Moreover, in each floor there is only one water cooler (that too doesn't have the function to provide hot water and also the cooler is very from many rooms. They don't even consider the complaints registered on the apps, just want reviews every now and then.

One of the worst app. Half the time it doesn't work. We want to put complaints on specific sector but the app doesn't allow to click those sector. Not at all user-friendly. Time waste 😑

PLEASE DON'T SEND NOTIFICATIONS FROM ZOLO APP AT 3:00 A.M. IT WAKES ME UP IN PANIC THAT SINCE PHONE IS VIBRATING SO LATE IN THE NIGHT, THEN MUST BE SOME EMERGENCY.
