The app can't even scan a QR code on its own devices, and manual input doesn't work either. Don't waste your time.

doesn't work on Samsung S25. could open website of the 5G 710 mobile router via Browser, but not via app. needed my Samsung S22. there it us working

Hot garbage. App will not connect to the router no matter what you try. As you can see from other reviews, this has been going on a long time without the company addressing it. Do not buy their products. The router I just bought is essentially a useless brick because the app won't let me connect to it. Returning at the sellers expense

This app was working fine till the latest updates. It just won't log in either auto or manual. It says my password is wrong even though I can log in fine using the Web page. I have found an older version of the app from 2023, uninstall the new one and installed the older version. All works fine again now. I have disabled auto update on Google apps by tapping the top left when looking at the Zylex Air app page so that it doesn't try to update to the new version again when I'm not looking.

Decent app. Very good signal meter so that you can find the optimal location. The speed test function is way out though. With my phone right next to the router I managed to get 100 mpbs download, when my speed over the wired connection was 700. Clearly a problem , would be better if they did what Netgear do and just use the Ookla test and build it into the app.

Can't really see the point of the app. How does it improve the use of the Mobile router?

Just can't find the router. Scanning the QR code just says that an error occurred and trying to connect manually says that it can't find the router, despite being connected in WiFi to the router itself and being able to log in without issue on a browser using the same information. Absolutely useless.

Doesn't matter what I try (resets) I cannot seem to get the working. The app constantly says it cannot find router. I have to keep using the online option instead. *Update - I followed some others and downloaded a previous version (April 2023) and am using that and it works.
