Has come very, very far over the years and runs extremely well.

Good app for info on tasks when it works. But alot of time when logging in, it just circles and circles. Not logging in. Since that time, Android put out an update that now when I use the phone app camera and upload to Vault it makes screen black, but when I use appsuite take photo camera to upload photo it is fine?

Too many users for the app to be as shoddy as it is. The Google maps part JUST started working I was told. Maybe it was an option that wasn't being paid for. Who knows? The app experience, and layout also is not consistent across OS's, or even various devices across the same operating system. Entirely too tedious.

App interface is annoying to navigate and periodically fails due to software issues of which the only fix is uninstall and reinstall. App also has connection problems when traveling makeing it useless, unless stationary while connected to a decent quality unmetered internet connection.

I've tried everything to fix this issue. Navigation doesn't work well with android. However, it seems to work well with co-workers' apple phones.

It's unreliable, buggy and slow. I now have to fully close and re-open it just to get it to work any time I want to do a single action. It's extremely irritating

This has to be the worst app for a job I've ever used nothing like waiting hours to get your app to work properly in order to know what you're doing at a job constantly freezing constantly shutting down never opening up if it wasn't for my job I would never use this app ever again

Complete garbage! Non stop bugs. The reps never call back. Customer service is non existant. It has quadrupled the time it takes to enter time and receipts over other programs. Everyone at the company I work at hates it.
