Chat with doctor no available on the app? I cannot open the chat via the app. The link sent by e-mail.opens it trough a web browser. There is no way to view the chat with the doctor on the app itself. Edit: decreasing my rate to star. The app is totally counter-intuitive! The hamburger menu contains settings. The + button is the actual menu. There is no history in the events. Just everything is mashed up in a big potato salad of a UX elements !

As an expat in the Czech Republic, I am thankful for this app. I never had any technical issues with it. I am only giving it 4 stars for the following reason: if you want to schedule an appointment with a new type of doctor (for example neurologist), you cannot request it in the app. You must CALL the clinic. You cannot even send an email via the app to request the appointment. I have never been able to understand this.

I don't usually rate apps proactively but I have to do this. This app has been the most efficient medical app I've ever used. You have all your medical reports, Rx usage reminders, copies of your medical reports, appointment dates, expectations, etc...this is simple well designed...thank you for such a great..to book appointment on a call is so straight forward...and there are options for both Czech and English speakers...5 stars

In the chat with online doctor I'm not able to open Camera to make picture. I press the Camera button, it gets highlighted but nothing else happens. I've checked permission and there were Camera access. Just in case I have also added Mic and Storage access, but still can't make a pic The same behaviour by the way was when creating a new case

I love possibility to order services online + request receipts renewal. Very easy and understandable app.

This app is mediocre and has very easy to spot bugs. When searching for health problem if you search for "covid" nothing comes up because it's classified under "COVID" and the search box isn't case insensitive. No Comment. When you must insert how long you had a symptom the drop down to select the time unit doesn't work at all. Why am I paying this insurance...

Great for appointments and prescriptions, but online doctor part does have flaws. If you just wonder in that part - no problem to return to main menu. But when I started new case, returning to main app was impossible. Edit: the return < doesn't work.

If switch to another application on Doctor online procedure for more than 1 min approximately, all the questions you answered lost and application gives an error "something went wrong". It's so annoying that I had to book physical appointment by phone
