For me, the camera is not working when i try to unlock the bike. I checked that it has the proper permissions. But overall a good app. It would also be grea if i could have the possibility to creata some shortcuts. For example click fewer buttons when i want to unlock a bike. You can buy all the needed tickets for public transport from this app(they are cheaper online). And it also has integration with Google pay

The app is great, i found a bug and want to report it, for the Deutschland ticket if you have a photo with your ticket it dosent shows it on the app, but after closing app and going in and out many times it finally displays the photo of the ticket, the iphone version havent got this problem, i have checked it with many other users having the same problem with the tickets with their photos on android, and those users were all from VGN including me, i hope ut gets fixed on the next update.

The app is great but a fatal problem when trying to access my Deutschland ticket is that my personal photo linked with the ticket is glitchy it appears one every 10 times right and 90% of the time the picture doesn't load at all and I get white square instead ⬜, no matter which Internet Connection or speed , tried reinstalling the app already multiple times and tried to log out and login but doesn't fix it.

Unfortunately there is no good overview of where it is not allowed to leave the bike.I always put the bike at the wöhrder wiese ubahn stop, but sometimes I have no service costs, but twice I was charged 20 Euro service costs because it was not in the white area.I dont understand why a uban station is not completely within the allowed area.Especially when there are by default other Vag bikes parked.Would be useful if you could use the app instead of a card to prove your yearly subscription.

The app is good with new integrations for e-bikes and availability of Germany wide time table, but even in 2024, there is no English menu in the app? Nürnberg has more than 25% Ausländers and it definitely helps them if English menu is included. Also, please note that existing VGN App has English menu, hence the expectation for a successor app will also be same. Kindly take this as feedback., and this is the reason why 1★ is reduced.

This app is exclusively in German, unlike VGN, which operates in both German and English. My primary issue with this app is its failure to display a user photo alongside the ticket QR code, despite having uploaded my picture. Despite reaching out to the creators for assistance, my concerns have been met with indifference.
