I downloaded the app on the website with another email, and then I downloaded it here with my new gmail account for my husband's phone. The app has a few bugs and they need to improve it. App syncing is not good. I cancelled the app once but I liked the interface so I subscribed again. I contacted the support team. Even though the bug is not fixed, but support team is helpful and she is kind and polite when responding. I like app monitoring very well, it works awesome on youtube.

This is a waste of time. No support. I got a new phone and the app wouldn't load on my new phone. Reached to customer service for help. No response for 2 weeks. Don't waste your money or time.

Since Safes updated their app, it doesn't work at all. I'm paying for something that does not work.

Great concept and worked well for the first week or so. Since then the "child" device is no longer aligning with the Safe App settings on the "parent" device, which worked so well for first 6-7 days. Child and parent devices have the current version of apps installed. I already paid $30 for the annual subscription and my 7-day free trial expired. I contacted support last week but they haven't responded.

Ok interface. Does not block YouTube if you open multipe times.Not easy to see daily usage, just shows a bargraph for the days of the week. Time used on the kids app does not update very often. Still shows sign up for premium features on kids app even though I have premium. Not able to purchase through play store. Would be nice if I could invite my wife to manage without logging into my account on her phone. Good luck setting up easily on apple devices. You have to go through 10 yards of setup.

Thanks for your amazing app and features you've got My little boy once stumbled on sexually charged content that influenced his behavior for a while. When I realized what the cause is, I prohibited him to use the internet. But with the Safes app, I have changed my mind and allowed him to use the internet under my watch. I feed him with educational sites and videos. He is loving it too. How good is that.

Extremely poor customer service SCAM!!!! I purchased the free trial from Safes website to test this app on my kids' phones, and after detecting multiple malfunctions with web search filters and web url filters, I sent a cancelation request. After one day, I got a response with three questions to process my cancelation request. I never thought cancelation would be this painful, and still this scammers haven't canceled my subscription. Forget about your child's online safety, this is a scam!!
