As a native English speaker who is learning German, this app makes it pretty easy. Dealing with health issues is never a good time to be learning a language. The fact that most of the documents and screens are in English It's very helpful. Much better than the service and app I was using from other German insurance companies that I have used previously, they were Not-A-OK.

This app has so many problems, it's pretty unbelievable. 1st issue is the password input field: there's no eye icon to allow the user to view what they entered. Now I can imagine they have super strict legal counsel who's interpreted German privacy laws in the most stringent ways possibl but the result of that is that users suffer. A 12 character password with special characters is hard to remember and prone to typos. Just force 2FA! 2nd: unusable mssg input field.. no room for more

Great app and now with English localisation (thank you!). Connecting it to other services (Fitbit, Google Fit, Strava) seems quite buggy and took multiple reconnects and changing of services to get it working.

App is good. it's gains couple stars being German and offering English language. that is amazing. otherwise the navigation is okay. this is no reflection on the service behind the app which is a separate review. on service front, so far (touch wood) no issues

App is constantly crashing and having errors when opening the app that don't allow the app to even start. Terrible. The last 10 times I opened the app, maximum 2 times I didn't have problems.

The program is very well designed, but the problem I have is that it is not possible to change my date of birth, which I entered incorrectly during registration, but it is possible to change my name and other details within the program.I sent a request by e-mail and also through the software itself, but unfortunately this has not been fixed yet. In my opinion, giving the possibility to change such things helps to improve the software a lot.

You don't get it, do you? I use the Garmin watch to record ALL activities. And not one for walking, one for cycling and another one for rowing. And separating the coach (I lost interest in looking that link up) from the app? No words for that illogical decision.
