Third class application. For booking take 8 mnt drivers are reject automatically pick up .never come in time. Payment refund process is third class.never give refund.drivers come for collect as per his suitable time. No value for our time. Every time increase rates. Its compulsory to give rating otherwise i will not give any star.

GOOD DRIVERS, EV VEHICLES ARE GOOD. WORST OPERATION TEAM. TOOK ME 1 WEEK 5 LONG CALS AND SHARING BANK STATEMENTS, JUST TO GET MY ADVANCE PAYMENT REFUND BACK, BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME A DRIVER. Another big issue is, they don't have good distributions, so never pay in advance there is a huge possibility you won't get a driver or the driver will take long time to reach, which is not his fault.

They don't have enough riders , they took booking and after long time they canceled rides. Many times rider take long time after or before pick up material for showing reason battery charging.

Very poor service. Map is not proper. Due to there application we have to suffer because of wrong location. Disappointed

Vey bad compared to porter. Makes me pay online then all drivers cancel after taking orders. I'll use the balance then uninstall this trashy unreliable app
