Full featured, excellent support, but the interface is complicated. When you use threads, 99% of the operations concern the "inbox", dedicated to the conversations. Thus, clicking on an account should primarily open the inbox, or put the conversations in the common root. There is no option to customize the interface Account/identity is awkwa to conf i gure when you have lots of them; luckily, there will soon be a way to copy settings. But you have to go through 4 levels of menu to access them

The best e-mail app I've tried so far and I had a lot! Greetings to the developer and keep up the good work, don't demoralize with exotic demands and unfair bad qualifications. I'm seriously thinking about paying the pro version which seems to be worth as the free is excellent and I consider it's a great service I enjoy. The internet and smartphone users who want good tools need this kind of app. By the way, what else do you have available?

Instead of short tap for action (reply) and long tap for options (reply to, forward, etc.), FairEmail has it the opposite way. I know interfaces are a matter of preference, but some do have expected behavior and it's really hard to figure them out otherwise. I must admit I was surprised by the support the author provides to users who didn't even pay. 5 stars just for that!

Good set of features and options, nice interface, fair performance, very lightweight. I'm a former Maildroid user, and was always unsatisfied with its interface and performance, which only got worse with time. Less than an hour was all it took for me to fall in love with FairEmail and pay for the optional Pro features - i dont even need them, but the Dev deserves the money.

Just what I'd been looking for. Good security features and quite informative as well. And a feature I have not seen in other mobile apps and was hoping to find: you can inspect the message headers (though not the full source). I would say the best solution I've seen for a security-conscious geek like me. Worth getting the full featured version for a modest one-time contribution. Low battery usage. No ads! Good work! 👍 PS a calendar with caldav support to go with it would be just great...

Edit: developer touched base regarding the aforementioned issue; very quickly. So helpful in discerning the situation -- something I had messed w/ in the settings. Issue with the background syncing; not sure. When sending emails, app (or possibly server) is sending dup emails but in actuality, the email is being sent once. The "dup" email stays idle as though it is pending and the only other option is to "delete permanently" the duplicate email. Anyone else having this issue??

An absolutely brilliant email client, streets ahead of the Gmail app. Any help required using FairEmail is quickly supplied via email. Obviously a LOT of work has gone into this and the free version works perfectly without any ads. The Pro version with a lot of extras is only £5.99 for a lifetime use ......and may I say well worth it. Give it a try you will love it.

Wow. Everything can be customized but there is a steep learning curve since there are so many options to explore. I've only been using for one day so still learning and getting used to this app. So far, it really outshines K9 Mail and AquaMail for my use case. I will probably buy the pro version which opens up even more settings.
