Wanted a simple journal, and Simple Journal delivers. Wording in security settings is now clearer, and the "More Random" scramble setting is amazing! 5/5, because you really get exactly what you see in the (great) description. Minimal design; I just love this app alot. As far as I can tell, only downside is lack of text settings: bold, italics, bullet points, etc. I dont use them at all, but some people might want them. IMO it's worth it to go Pro, for the cloud backup and to support the devs.

it's a great notes app, easy to use and has many functions. most note apps dont have word effects like bold, italics, etc so that's a huge bonus edit: it's not overpriced to receive personal support. there are an impressive amount of feats for a notes app, a good amount of customization and nearly 3 dozen fonts. the option to backup and import is a lifesaver! & the price? youre right i dont have anything to base that one because this app is unique in its features. many thanks to the devs!

I have been using this app for a year as my go-to journal on my Galaxy A25. I do wish the images were integrated better, and I could access them with ease, no big deal, just inconvenient. The app has no ads, it's clean, serparate entries, password/fingerprint lock, free import/export, and heck, the creator was nice enough to offer helpful tips in settings, which is a sweet of them! For to-do lists, ideas, brain dumps, really anything, this journal is great! It's simple 😎 Give it a try!

An amazing writing app. It has no ads or distractions which really helps to get things into writing without worrying over aesthetics or 50 different options for small, inconsequential things before letting out your idea. The devs are also very kind and open to feedback, having quickly fixed an issue I reported on before trying to troubleshoot it and temporarily fix it with me so it didn't bother me. I'm still on the idea of slightly more costumization like headers but without it it's still good.

It was everything I wanted and I love it. But for some reason ever since the beginning of November it keeps forcibly scrolling to the bottom of any entry I'm editing. Since I use this for notes, that makes it difficult to edit anywhere but the end of the notes.

This is my absolute favorite app! It's so easy to use and I love being able to chose the color of each notebook. The privacy feature is also incredible and works so well.
