I love Doctena, but the app is just a bad version of the website. You have to login every time you open it (even if you select "Remember me"). No notifications for your appointments, which are shown in a list (no calendar, of course); bizarrely, upcoming appointments are sorted in inverse order, with those closest shown at the *bottom* of the list. No support for password managers like modern Android apps. No integration with system calendar (just iCal link). Worse than the website, not woth it.

The recent update brought a downgrade of login. Now every time I need the app (even within the same day) I'm logged out and need to login again. It doesn't matter if you mark "remember me", it never will. It's annoying when you want to consult even small things like the address of your appointment

App is ok, needs improvements though to the interface, the most annoying: 1) Seach only the doctors available for a specific appointment not available, no point to see all the doctors with np free appointments. 2) The option to add children info to the profile to be able to add appointments quickly and conviently is missing. If you just fill in the child info in the appointment the doctor most of the times still sees only my marticule and info istead of the child.

The previous app used to be ok. The current one is just terrible, a downgrade instead of an update. My main issues are: 1- it doesn't keep you logged in 2- it's very difficult to navigate 3- in the list of my appointment I always see as "open window" the one further away in time, while all the others are collapsed. This makes no sense as I don't care about seeing my appointments for July first. I'd rather have them all collapsed then 4- cancelled appointments stay in the list

not possible to reschedule my upcoming appointment on the app, every time i select the new time a black frame appears on the bottom then nothing else. Back to the same old appointment. So i think ok i will contact them with the contact us button.. no luck. The link isn't working! Too bad the app seemed good until i had to reschedule..

The recent update is just awful. Can't keep me logged in, and the "no network connection" error is everytime I attempt something within the app. Uninstalled and will use the website instead. Stop developing a useless app and focus on the user experience of the website, and a PWA 👌

Works the same as the browser version, nothing new or specifically aimed at phones. Worst part is that it doesn't throw You automatically into a login screen on startup and the app somehow doesn't allow autofill or password manager to remember the credentials.
A Google user
It's a decent app but a bit buggy and the user experience can be improved. E.g. I'd like to filter out all doctors who don't have a appointment online, no sense for them to show up in my search results. Would be great to see the review of the doctors in the app and an easier way to see their location on Google maps.
