While it installs correctly now, there is still a problem with location. It always says you are too far away from the port of entry, even if you're standing in front of the CBP entry point. Location services are on and working, but this app doesn't seem to utilize them.

Gotta say App is well written, modern, clean and easy to use. Most importantly it worked without any issues. First time using it in Boston and I breezed right through customs took my selfie right on the plane after we landed it was great. Great to see a dedicated app for global entry. Great job 5 stars

USELESS!!! Doesn't allow you to add the terminal you're actually in... then once you enter the correct terminal...it's says information invalid. Just Dumb!!! Also it constantly crashes and keeps closing!!!

Just received my number and downloaded the app. Maybe everything with my file isn't updated yet? Cause there's nothing in the app but to submit a new request or view profile. Nothing else, so let's give it a couple days, if things change, I'll be back

(JFK) Border control agents wound up having to talk to me and take new pictures of me anyway, defeating the purpose of getting Global Entry in the first place. Not sure what this app is useful for

This app used to save time but customs at JFK appears to no longer us this info. So don't waste your time filing out a submission just walk thru Global Entry like it was 2022...

Attempted to use while returning home at Atlanta Airport and the Border Agent had no clue nor their coworker about the Global Entry app. It's worth nothing if I can't actually use it.
