While some aspects of the app are convenient, it's clunky to move around and doesn't default to the current time so you scroll each time you want to check the schedule - although it does default to the correct day when you open the schedule. There is a color coding system, but it's not explained until you dig into the settings and seems a bit arbitrary. A floor plan of the convention space would have been very welcome, as would some form of alert for your upcoming events.

App wasn't much help. Installed so I'd always have the info I needed when I needed it even if I didn't have good cell reception... Didn't work out that way. First, not everything is even on the schedule (we missed more than one thing we wanted to see), second when my reception went down, the app wouldn't load it. Terrible design, not convenient whatsoever, and too much back-and-forth and clicking to get what info it does have. I finally gave up and just used the paper copy that was 3 pages of very small writing.... that was easier!

Does not work. In 4g and 5g network all other apps work and internet no issue. This app on the other hand slow and network issue. It does not even load the full schedule. It only loaded two hours worth and crashed. Terrible wish I could give zero. Download feature does not work. It would work better if it downloaded on into the phone but it stays inside the app. Even if you download the event. It stills looks for a network and tries to use the network making the purpose of the download useless.

the app is interesting for listing out all the conventions, even international ones... but it keeps sending notifications when I turned off that setting. I had to deselect every panel/photo op I "scheduled" just to shut up the app. i tried to figure out if the things I liked could be "saved" without notifications popping up, but no.

Only downloaded the app because the convention affiliated with the app said that all the information would be there. You can't find it anywhere on the app, it will give you every other conversation but the one I'm going to. This app is utterly useless and does not work at all don't bother with it. You better off getting information from the conventions website or pamphlet schedules they usually pass out the day you go.

App is horribly unstable; spending more than a few seconds looking at individual event details causes an immediate crash. I can't even look at maps or guest attendance without this happening. If this issue persists I'll be uninstalling, there's just no point wasting the space if I can't use it.

I'm updating my review of this app even though the response by the developer is completely incorrect. I was connected to wifi and using it for other things, I just could not sign up on this app while on wifi. I tried 2 different wifi networks (business and personal) and got network errors and invalid information responses on both. Once I shut my wifi off, it allowed me to sign up with no issues using my data connection. The app itself seems to work fine now that the signup issue is dealt with.

Good but could use refinement: when I click "my events" on the start screen, I want to actually be brought to the events I've earmarked than just the Fan Expo Canada button, of which I then need to tap, then tap schedule, then tap my events. I also found alerts didn't sound on time, often notifying me after an event was half/totally over despite being given priority. There was also no way for it to tell if I actually attend an event or not. I also want an interactive map, not just pictures.
