It is worst app. The app is not open in some mobiles. It always shows herb has stopped, herb keeps stopping, send feed back, open again, close app. No spouse name. Date of joining and date of retirement particuars are not correct. Address particulars have not been saved.

Worst ever experience .For the last >1 month I could not enable to get easily if once .Again for the last two days I am trying to completely fill up data.But freuently failing.Latest app insisted for pdf format of pan card.for the last few hours I at last converted jpg to pdf format and trying to upload.But continuously failed even in pdf formats.pass word forgotten due to old age. EVEN SUCCESSESFUL 2 TIMES STO Efacing problems.Repeated failure or much delay and vexed a lot.What to do?

Visually challenged persons like me are facing a problem. When we are using this app with talkback, there is no submit button. If I off the talkback, the submit button is appearing. So, I need to take a normal's help. Please make the app as visually challenged friendly.

unable to login, not allowing to get into the app, some of the menus showing details available soon or coming soon... please please fix this issue, as Old senior citizens cannot go out to get it done through outside agencies, even its a paid service, one cannot rely on them because the data is sensitive and many people around the treasury officers are demanding indefinite amount.

Worst experiences, when try to update my permanent and communication address it shows net work error many times. It may be resolved. There is no edit option for changing name, date of birth etc., The still updated.

I'm a Pensioner and logged in for HERB app for first time, as we did not have password, I clicked on forgot password, it asked to give cfms ID, but it is saying No Data found. Then I clicked on know your cfms id, it asked mobile number and we gave, I got an OTP and after entering OTP, it generated one cfms id which is the same ID that we are giving. But that cfms id is not working to change the password and to login. Please suggest

Worst ever experienced. Even after updating this app says - close app, send feed back. What nonsense should be sent for feed back. The developers are not sincere and serious about the app. Mere waste of time, unless it works promptly 24/7.

I can't login it, it always showing invalid secure key n invalid credentials, the worst one I ever gone through, even all my details r correct it showing my I'd is invalid if I'm trying to get my I'd it giving d same I'd which I already entered, I don't know what wrong with it.
