Does not allow file picture to be uploaded. Stopping vehicle on the road to take picture could be dangerous where there is no service lane. Case is autoassigned but the app does not show status like when the work will be started and completed. No notifications received on mobile or email about registering complaint and status updates. No provision for modifying the case or providing additional feedback. There is no dashboard for people to see the pending complaints, resolution time, etc

Good initiative. Suggestion for improvement- location needs to show map so that user can identify the problem location. User cannot need expected to know Lat Long of the problem location

Hello PWD Goa app developers and officials.The initiative of making this app was wonderful,and helping Goa Road safety fighters and social activists.but please try to make updates and other useful Icons ,how to directly contact the Customer care,Feedback service,Even IDC roads issue , Pipeline leakage,Wrong Road engineering etc. Plz try to add atleast Customer care support.will be very helpful. Thank you Sapnil Vernekar

I got status update as " Does not pertain to our jurisdiction " and they closed the ticket Even without work they closed it What kind of nonsense is this Pathetic

I filled case against the road. The road frm raicho ambo , raia to Baida Nuvem is in poor condition it becomes risky to ride bike as bike can slil on the Small gravels of road which are coming out like shev chuda. But Pwd rejected the complain and only do patching work.
