The app crashes everytime I open it. In the few times I have been able to open it, it took a long time to load diseases or drugs. And then too, it would crash after a while. Had the same experience with the website too. The sad thing is that the content of the app is actually very good. As I can see from the reviews, many people seem to have the same problem. And they seem to be good at replying to our complains. If only they would show the same enthusiasm for fixing it.

The renowned name CIMS which is given to the app is not suitable bcoz so many times i installed and uninstalled the app but no improvements in opening of app it's not even shown the homescreen there is just a white screen with notice of server error. App development becomes useless due to inoperative kind of application. If you resolve the issue it can be helpful for more aspirants.

Do you seriously expect me to sign-up using my registration number and all the other details without letting me to take glimpse of your app? Is that a rational or logical thing to do? I mean, by doing that you're warding off potential users who simply don't want to sign-up using registration number without trying it once. If you can let me see few parts of the application without signing up, I'll take a look. Why would I want to sign-up if your app turned out to be a garbage? Till then 1 star.

Unable to register for an account. Message shown is " registration unsuccesful, an errror occured during registration. remote server returned an error , (404)not found". You cant use the app without registration and it has issuses in registration itself. This app should get zero stars because one can't use it.

App hangs after clicking on drug details. I clicked on administration part of drug under full info and mobile got hanged. Had to press home button to get out. Entire mobile screen turns black and mobile becomes unresponsive. Wealth of information trapped behind glitchy app. Sad ... Edit - Drug on which faced the said problem - Pantoprazole I am using web version as you pointed out. Will reinstall after few updates and then review the rating if app improves

It's a good application. However, I have a recommendation: it would be useful to have a widget option for the home screen, allowing direct searches for drugs.

Each time I open the aap it is asking for update , nd in doing so it keeps on downloading for hours together with no effect nd forcing me to quit the aap . What is the motive of the developer is not understood . Though it was working little bit now I think of uninstalling it as it is of no use . Disappointed 👎

Quite informative and useful but carries no meaning if it annoyingly crashes or takes too long to load or mostly fails to load......when needed. Better take it off the store if you can't maintain it to keep up smoothly!
