Annoying user interface. It took bajillion of years to load, and another to access payment page. And oh! Another bajillion years to put your card in, only to fail. Depending on which poison you choose, you will probably die before activating Sakuku, because guess what, you need to download the app first before you can make an account:D

What is exactly the purpose of making this application dear mtix? I bought ticket with this app, got additional charge 12.000 rupiah, then after paying suddenly the ticket got refund. I ask the cs, it was because someone got my seat row. There is no added value if using this application if you still priotize in person buying ticket. The purpose of this app to make people buy ticket in advance rather than going theather and waiting for the movie.

Poster not shown, Video can not play, some of cinema also not shown when pick some of movie. Fee for the transaction is charge for every ticket not per transaction, its so expensive. Garbage Apps!

After the latest update, all movie posters went blank, no matter how many times I restarted the app. I have also tried uninstall n re-installing, for the same result, no movie posters shown. If u ask me to contact ur CS, I won't do it coz I've read other comments (that u clearly do not care) that the only thing u can do is asking us to contact ur CS, even after they contacted ur CS ur answer still: pls contact our CS.

Its not work. Already input CC number and CVV, and then loading for 5 minutes and nothing happens.. Suck apps, CC promo only available via mtix, but the apps itself not working.. Sucks !

It will be more better if you add more payment methods, like OVO for example, also bring back the m Tix point because for me its more efficient than using sakuku because in sakuku you need it's application and BCA Bank account.

Tujuannya mungkin mau tampil lebih keren or revamp, tapiiiiiiiiii tambah tidak user friendly interfacenya. I miss the old app yang lebih straight forward dan bisa lebih cepet utk cek trailer dan langsung checkout (function > looks). Simply said, the revamp interface usability is a step-down from the previous version.

New look is better but old menu is more practical / faster. Also when I choose a favorite cinema, only xxi is shown in my 'favourite cinema', premiere and imax are not shown. Pls fix it I can not choose seat in the middle anymore for premiere, must choose seat starting from the edge !???!
