The app works great. Insightful and very easy to use. Never any bugs or problems. It just simply works and there are no ads. What more could you want? Also like that they renamed it so it's more intuitive when searching for it in my list of apps.

I am sorry to say this app really us as bad as everyone says. The registration process is just broken ... I've spent a week trying to get access. On registering, I spent a while getting it to work, finally got to the point I am looking for the registration email, it never showed, tried three times before giving up. Three days later I got one. Click the link, had to try that twice, it crashed. Getting past that, I go to log onto the app., get a blank screen and then back to the login page.

Reported several times that water consumption data hasn't been available since October (electricity usage is up to date). Now there is a message saying it could be delayed up to 45 days and to refer to other months. That doesn't exactly help manage usage. Now when I try to use the support/report a bug function it just days message failed, for the last 2 months so had to resort to leaving a rating here. Already tried logging out as well as reinstalling app.

Good concept. Rotten execution. Since last update, app does not sync with the hub controller. Am waiting for my local utility to send a tech to troubleshoot and resolve. The in app daily appliance energy costs are also severely exaggerated.... if i add up the daily costs shown in the app, i am around $200 per month for electricity. My actual costs are less than 2/3rds of that amount. It is likely a simple math issue somewhere in the app, but demonstrates the lack of attention to detail by the developers.

Can't even login. Just get a request timeout error. EDIT: managed to login eventually but it seems to be missing some data, some months are innacurate. Recently moved so it could be related, but otherwise it seems useful at least. Hope I don't get more login issues.

App is buggy and annoying. However, the electricity portion works fine. Good luck looking at water usage though, app crashes and closes.

I was advised to remove the app and re-download it. I did that and it resolved my issue. I'm now able to log on and see my account instead of being redirected back to the log in page.

Terrible software quality control! After successful login and see the homepage, it will refresh the screen in one second and redirect you to the login screen again. What a joke of app and waste the tax money people paid.
