Infinite loading, and when it finally managed to load something, the data is not correct. This's outdated, sluggish and absolutely ridiculously useless. Please don't bother telling me to conntact technical support, the major issues have been a mainstay of this app from the start.

This app is seriously lacking fundamental info for anyone on pay as you go.I need to know how much data I have left to use not how much I have used.Equally,I need to know when my topup expires not receive an sms on the day that it does. My credit balance fluctuates like the stock market even without purchasing add-ons or usage outside of my allowance.Strange. The reception and service is great from Post but this app needs work asap.

You should offer 5G with Basic+. Orange does this at the same price and data volume. With higher speed you might make more money as the data quota could quickly be consumed :-). So when my contract expires, I'll switch to Orange due to this. Now you only include 5G with bigger packages. App often fails to load history, requiring re-logon. Always had this bug, easier to use the web interface as this bug is missing.

First time opens ok. Next time? endless loading, nothing displayed. You dismiss the application, eventually return and needs to authenticate you again: user and password. When it loads, it is all nice animations and little information. If you are using Post, probably you need it. You won't love it, though..

It is a good application when it works but it's a while that the application crashes or better to say doesn't get opened. Moreover, the application cannot save my login details so every time I want log in to it, I have to input all the details. That's frustrating.

Don't bother with this app. It keeps crashing on startup and when I finally got it opened (after 5 attempts) it stalls on password reset and will not let me create a new account. Just says "An error occured". I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S9+.

Difficult registration. Select English and still all registration stuff is in French, stupid, stupid. Also when the 8 digit confirmation code is received by Sms, it causes the screen where you need to enter it, so bloody frustrating, resulting in multiple attempts to enter confirmation code Not impressed at al
